Product return requests are made within the following criteria, based on the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502.
In legally made online sales (sales with distance contracts), consumers have the right to return the product by rejecting the goods without taking any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason within 14 days of the right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Despite this, we support the return of unused products with invoice submission up to 30 days for purchases made on fantasticribbon.com.
In case of returns, cargo should be sent to the return address of our online store channel.
Your products must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
If there is a promotion or free product sent with the order, it must be returned.
You can open the packaging to look at the products. However, in case of return, it must be sent with its original packaging.
The product to be returned must be sent with an invoice. Returns of products that are not invoiced are not accepted.
For all returns you will make within 30 days, the shipping fee arising from sending the products to our company belongs to our company, provided that the return is made through Yurtiçi and Ups Cargo. The shipping fee of the returns to be made from other shipping companies belongs to the customer.

RETURNS
The product to be returned must be sent with an invoice. Returns of products that are not invoiced are not accepted.
Please deliver the unused product you want to return, together with your invoice, to the nearest Yurtiçi and Ups Cargo office and send it to our return address below. You will be notified by e-mail when your product is received. If your returned product complies with the return conditions, your refund will be made using the payment method you used in the order.

Your payment for your return order will be made within 7 working days at the most from the date you send the return. You will be notified by e-mail when the products reach our return address.

REVIEW PRODUCT PROCESS
If you encounter a problem with the products in your order that you think is not of consumer origin, you can return the product at any time.
The inspection process regarding your product, which reaches the inspection department, is completed within 21 days at the latest and you are informed.
If a production-related problem is encountered as a result of the inspection, your fee will be refunded. In case of a user-related problem, your product will be sent to your registered address in the system with Yurtiçi and Ups cargo companies.

DELIVERY PROCEDURES
After your order is approved, you can view your orders via the “My Account” link, have information about their status, and track the cargo after it has been shipped.
Orders placed online on our site are checked periodically every day, at certain times during the day, within the time specified in the order form. Orders placed after 17:00 are evaluated the next day.
Your orders are delivered between 3 and 6 days. The times to addresses outside the city centers may differ according to the delivery address.
Orders must be within the borders of Turkey only.
We would like you to know that during discount and promotion times, delivery may be made a little later due to increased demand.
Deliveries can be made if the products you ordered are in stock and your payment can be received.
